Stricter Profile Verification (Ecuadorian Numbers & Photo Matching)

I want the platform to implement stricter verification measures to combat fake profiles. Specifically: 1. Filter profiles to only allow Ecuadorian phone numbers. 2. Implement a photo verification system to ensure the person in the photos is the same person who created and verified the profile. This is important because fake profiles make customers distrust real ones.
